In3 - The Inclusive Innovation Incubator @ SxSW!

Exactly one year from our groundbreaking at Howard University, our SXSW announcement marked an incredible milestone on the road to In3. Just 365 days before we were in Austin, TX we stood in 8,000 square feet of potential (and very little else).

Now? Now we're happy to say this 8,000 square feet will be open for coworking, private offices, events of every variety, training, and so much more. The week of April 17th - April 23rd marks our "Inclusive Innovation Incubator Week of Welcome" with a special grand opening events taking place on April 20th. Why a week of welcome? Because we believe what will have you #FindYourIn at In3 is being present, engaged, and Included on your own terms. These 7 days will be filled with events for you, the little ones, and your friends and family, trust us. Stay In the know by signing up for update at in3dc.com.

But what else happened at SxSW? See our slideshow for some of our highlights that included meeting up with our great supporters from Cisco, hanging out with councilman McDuffie and Mayor Bowser, meeting Austin's Mayor Steve Adler, being a part of the wonderful panel lineup at the #WeDC house, hearing Erykah Badu DJ, a live Wu-Tang concert, and of course Go-Go!

We've even added special video of Mayor Bowser announcing our grand opening date (See Below)

and a feature of our Program Manager KellyAnn with our friend, JC, from Bailiwick Clothing Company talking about Inclusive Innovation in the District.

Still having FOMO after all those photos and our video? We've got your back! We've compiled some of our favorite tweets just for you here with Storify

SxSW for the In3 team was a great networking opportunity and an even greater opportunity to represent the true diversity in thought, talent, and entrepreneurship that DC has. We may be a little bias but the WeDC activation was by far the best we've seen and every year it just keeps getting better.

If you missed SxSW but want more In3 don't fret, remember to attend our Week of Welcome events, subscribe for email update on our website www.in3dc.com

Special thanks to the Office of the Mayor, the Washington DC Economic Partnership and the Office for Planning and Economic Development for letting us take the stage at SXSW.
