Remaining balances are due upon signing of a leasing agreement. If remaining balances are not paid within 48 hours of notification of lease availability, the contract and reservation shall become null and void and the deposit will be returned within a reasonable amount of time. In3 also reserves the right to cancel any promotional offer at its sole discretion.
